Great starter “mirepoix” recipe.
For cooking instructions YouTube is just wonderful. There are tons and tons of cooking recipes, how to’s in every language. I love The Hungarian recipes because it’s just fun for me to listen to my mother language and watch different people cook my childhood dishes. This is a wonderful link for a “mirepoix” which is a great starter base for many many dishes. Basically carrots, celery & onions, chopped according to what you’re making. mirpoix Enjoy.
